Since the Shanxi adulterated liquor event made adulterated liquor to be concerned by many people, the liquor factories began to use a wide variety of different security measures to protect their products, but the offect was not significant. With the rapid development of RFID Lechnology, RFID technology is increasingly linked with people’s lives. Based on this point, a new type of liquor anti-counterfeiting technology began to use the RFID tag, then the reader can verify RFID tags which has a worldwide unique code. And in China, from the beginning of the Android Operation, the amount of the Android phone has been very large. In the traditional liquor quality control of random spot checking work, the quality inspectors always have to take liquor back to the professional inspection department in order to determine the authenticity of the liquor, but it’s time-consuming. End to all of the above, this topic is about the method of quality control personnel in the liquor samples with RFID tags.This paper is a system based on the Android platform which can read and verify the RFID tag. The system can read the RFID tag ID by the reader and then transport it to the Android phone through Bluetooth channel to display and verify. Through the final test, the system can run stable; if test in a ideal network environment, you can read and write properly and the system storage capacity can be up to the GB level.Firstly, this paper gave the background and the advantages of this system; Secondly, gave the system technical architecture; Thirdly, raised the analysis of system architecture based on the market point, and defined the functional modules according to the needs of this project; Fourthly, gave the detailed design of the hardware part of the system; Fifthly, gave the detailed design of the software part, gave the software flow charts and software functional charts. Finally, gave the system implementation, and performance test of the project.
