Stability, dependability that the modernized great production operated to the mechanical equipment have put forward higher requirement,corresponding mechanical equipment state monitor and meaning of the fault diagnosis become more important.But the traditional vibration monitoring instruments hardware adopts 8 or 16 MCU as their cores,this kind of apparatus has MCU function weak,little,the human-computer interaction result is bad,large volume,hard to carry,inconvenient,work pattern is too simply,worse flexibility;The software has no opening,no module,no reuse and the characteristics of the monitoring instrument function can't be defined by users.Because the function of the monitoring instrument is totally confirmed by the instrument manufacturer,it obtains the new measurement function to join a common monitoring instrument module or change a monitoring instrument module,users have to buy a new monitoring instrument,it is unfavorable to the expansion of the monitoring system.The way and means of traditional vibration monitors and diagnoses are limited by region,this restriction has greater influence on timeliness, service cost and working efficiency.So traditional vibration monitor and fault diagnosing technology can't share the knowledge,technology and information.When presenting the serious troubles,people can't utilize technical force of various fields to solve problems fastly.In order to solve the above-mentioned problems,this text combines the fault diagnoses technology,network communication technology,embedded system technology and virtual instrument technology,developed a remote embedded vibration signal monitoring virtual system based on ARM.This system regards processor LPC2214 and real-time embedded operating system μC/OS-Ⅱ as the foundation,gathers the vibration signal from vibration acceleration transducer through a high speed A/D,then upload the vibration datum to Labview platform through a Ethernet chip,So the system can monitor the vibration and diagnose on-line,it also can diagnose off-line.And this system can also monitor and control some electric apparatuses signals of the mechanical equipment.Through debugging and verification in the laboratory, the design of this system has met requirements that expected.
