This paper researches and designs a remote monitoring and analyzing system for remote motor combined with condition monitoring technology, fault diagnosis technology, network communication technology and virtual instrument technology. And the system can be divided into Scene Acquisition Unit (SAU) and remote PC platform based on LabVIEW. And the SAU is a state signal acquisition and digital signal processing system which is based on TMS320VC5410 processor. And the SAU collect the motor status signal through a few sensors, signal conditioning circuits and high-speed A/D sampling circuit. And then the status signals will be analyzed and processed in the DSP. And the DSP not only can implement wavelet analysis and FFT analysis, but also can implement data display and communication with other devices. And then the processed monitoring signals will be uploaded to the LabVIEW platform through a Ethernet chip RTL8019AS. And the LabVIEW platform contains modules of signal generation module, time-field analyze module, frequency analyze module and swing analyze module. So that it can real-time monitoring and multi-perspective the working condition of remote motor.The paper summarizes kinds of methods about the motor condition monitoring and fault diagnosis methods and related technologies, at the same time the paper researchs method for fault signal processing and designs the hardware in detail, and develop the system software include the TMS320VC5410 software, communication software and remote PC LabVIEW platform software.Debugging and simulation experiment validate the study design and feasibility of implementation of the system to meet the design requirements.
