Fault diagnosis system development until now, is toward intelligent, universal, and the direction of network development, from the perspective of the development of fault diagnosis technology of fault diagnosis technology from the beginning of the 20 th century to now, has experienced four times, the first generation visual discrimination fault phase, the second generation of sensor information processing stages of modern equipment diagnosis technology, intelligent diagnosis of the third generation of artificial intelligence application stage, the fourth generation is currently the development stages of hybrid intelligent fault diagnosis technology.Measurement and control equipment of remote fault diagnosis system is based on this, advances, and completed its advantage is to combine a variety of smart technology of mixed diagnosis system.Measurement and control equipment remote fault diagnosis system is a kind of digital, network fault diagnosis system, it is different from the general fault diagnosis system, its versatility is strong, application covering the photometric measurement and control equipment, remote sensing, ray measurement equipment, etc.Tt&c equipment fault diagnosis system is based on IP network, through the virtual instrument technology design of local and remote detection and fault diagnosis center and combination of terminal equipment detection, combining the fault tree of fault dictionary and a fault diagnosis technique based on video conference technology experts interactive system to realize the local and remote fault diagnosis.Traditional people to the scene and call your troubleshooting way because of the weather, personnel, environment, the influence of such factors as hard to do troubleshooting timely and accurately, the combination of local and remote fault diagnosis methods to solve the problem.With the continuous progress of technology, construction equipment are tend to be highly digital, integrated, intelligent;Closely related to the equipment maintenance, repair and maintenance and other supporting facilities should also keep up with the pace, the traditional way cannot satisfy the need of reality.The modernization of weapons and equipment in our country, is to be as short as possible time, realize mechanization first, and then realize the informationization.In equipment management informatization environment, intelligent equipment fault diagnosis technology in scientific research and practical application will has a very broad prospects.In this paper, the design and implementation of the system is in such an environment, from the view of the fault diagnosis application of equipment, for the system to do the detailed demand analysis, the goal is to design and realize the high scalability and strong versatility of tt&c equipment remote fault diagnosis system, integrating the technical theory of concrete is applied to the system, to combine theory with practice.System in the practical application, also can do continuous improvement, extension, reuse.System is good or bad, is practical, and to evaluate in practice application;Not only to see whether the system is practical, also look at scalability of the system.In line with the goals of practicability and extensibility, first of all, from the perspective of practical application, analysis the function of the system needs to be done, on the basis of system overall scheme design, the system is divided into the hardware part, software part, detailed analysis was carried out on the two parts, determine the key technology;Then the technology of virtual instrument technology and fault diagnosis of in-depth study, the system is given by using the fault tree and fault dictionary method of combining the reasons and the implementation process;In this paper, most detailed software design work, and to integrate theory of technology and system, finally realize the measurement and control equipment remote fault diagnosis system.The main content of the paper is as follows:1. The fault diagnosis system development and the present situation at home and abroad are briefly discussed first, measurement and control equipment of the remote fault diagnosis system and research significance.2. The system software design, this paper introduces the measurement equipment remote fault diagnosis system, including to central station diagnostic software, measurement and control equipment testing software, database software of measurement and control equipment, audio and video interaction software functions.5. Work detects software modules is described in detail the data flow, functional requirements, functional design;Detects software structure definition;Database design.6. Details the gear end detection software modules work data flow, functional requirements, functional design;Detects software structure definition;Database design.Tt&c equipment remote fault diagnosis system of a wide range of application, the application in this paper, the system only light measurement, ray, telemetry equipment, also only realize the basic function of fault diagnosis.There are many types of devices not involved, a lot of extensible function implementation, all these work needs to be done in the future, summarized as follows:(1) the system is only applied after the equipment failure, no equipment working state detection, after can add equipment condition monitoring system, combining with the fault diagnosis system, to achieve the function of the anticipation of failure;(2) a single set of system to achieve the fault diagnosis, in the future to expand to the multiplex, better save the time of fault diagnosis;(3) the system only implements the fault tree method of fault diagnosis of fault dictionary can join algorithms, such as neural networks fault diagnosis more accurate.As the trend of the development of measurement and control equipment fault diagnosis system, realize the fault diagnosis and health monitoring system has the positive profound significance, now we only realize the function of fault diagnosis, health condition monitoring functions we need to work to improve in the future.On the design of this system can meet the needs of the actual and function extension, believe that with the deepening of the research, in the future there will be more perfect diagnostic technology, the application scope of this system will be more and more widely.
