Country is composed by people, while people rely on food which concerns muchwith people's safety. Food applies basic material conditions for the existence anddevelopment of human beings, and is also the essential'factor for national stability andsocial development. In a word, food safety relates to the national economy andpeople's livelihood. However, food safety incidents occurred frequently in thecirculation area, which has become the key and difficult problems of current foodsafety management. In recent years, food safety incidents took place frequentlythroughout the circulation area, which seriously harmed people's life and health,endangered social stability, and even limit the national sustained economic growth.Therefore, how to efficiently control the food safety problems in the circulation is themost important question we have to face nowadays.In the paper, we mainly made two aspects of work, including building of foodcirculation enterprise security-credit evaluation model and food circulation securitypre-warning and rapid response models in food circulation area, around food safetycontrol, targets and monitoring mechanisms of food safety management in circulationarea.Firstly, based on the analysis to credit situation of food circulation enterprise incirculation, we built a food circulation enterprise security-credit evaluation indexsystem. Meanwhile, through the research of food circulation enterprise security-creditevaluation methods, we constructed and testified a food circulation enterprisesecurity-credit BP neural network evaluation model, which realized to supervise andmanage the food circulation enterprises according to credit classification. Secondly, learn from the theory of enterprise management pre-warning, we built a food safetycauses model and analyze the causing of food safety incidents. According to thismodel, we constructed a food safety pre-warning index system and a food safepre-waming model. Then we put forward an effective food safety rapid reactionmechanism.Finally, we used. NET framework development platform constructed an initialsolution of the system.
