Coming with the flourish of industry informationization, information systems areincreasingly used in modern industry. Firstly, manufactures have wills to strictlystrengthen their management and enhance related customer service after sale.Secondly, customers strongly wish to get more specific information about the productthey own. What is more, such information could be flexible used in responsibility chasingand customer rights and interests protecting. With the setting of automotive assembly progress, this thesis demonstrates a design ofinformation system which collects and transports accessory assembling information andsupervising the whole process based on ZigBee and RFID technology. Commonalityshould be focused in designing. Every ZigBee node should be designed in the samemode for substitution and networking expansion as well as a variation of accessoryadapted. In hardware developing, the author designs the circuit of ZigBee node, RFIF model andthe LED Dot matrix display screen. We also set up the expandable network model for theprogramming following. In software, the author systematically illustrates the whole process from basicresearching on related themes to developing specific program and networking protocol. The software section begins with Z-Stack (the ZigBee networking protocol designed byTI). The author introduces the principle of the protocol operation and procedure, andfrom that base, recounts his programming and revising on that protocol. Besides, theauthor also develops a RFID program based on the hardware model and carefullydebugs its timing to connect the whole system. In the last part of the thesis, the author demonstrates his effort to combine his hardware and software, revise several mistakes to ensure the stable operating of the whole systemin relatively long time. This part has substantiated that the information system hasachieve the desired results.the whole thesis reflects a common ideology with the whole design procedure: fromentity-the systematically skeleton frame to parts-various nodes and modules that havedifferent functions.
