In recent years, RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) is more and more attention. The applications also related to many aspects of daily life. As an identification technology using wireless communication, RFID is an application of comprehensive utilization of a variety of theoretical techniques. Its emphasis on rapid reading, identification card number, anti-collision algorithm for multi-card, but the networking between multiple reader devices, card reader devices to easily communicate with the back-order the card number, organization, processing these needs expand the implementation of RFID technology, also need to adapt to the system by taking a step forward or another organization dedicated to improving the system.IEEE 802.15.4/ZigBee protocol for wireless sensor networks and the birth of a large number of applications based on micro-controller provides interoperability International standards. IEEE 802.15.4/ZigBee network system with its low cost, low power consumption, easy implementation, reliable data transfer, short-range operations, the level of security features, the development of related fields for the technical support. The project is based on ZigBee protocol for wireless personal area network technology and RFID technology combine to make an integration program, and play their respective advantages.This paper introduces the general concepts related to RFID, a number of basic key technologies and a 915MHz UHF RFID Reader M9. This article also explains about the ZigBee technology, knowledge, protocol stack and networking programs. Presents a fusion of the two technologies,design hardware circuit of ZigBee node, ADS simulation and physical system of the PCB board. Software implements the provisions of the agreement IEEE 802.15.4 primitive functions and configure the primary node coordinator, sub-node end device. The system can run well through testing. Finally, propose the inadequacies of the system and the need to continue the work of the late.
