The control system monitoring software is commonly running on PC terminal, however, it’s inconvenient for the site supervisors to check since they are mounted in central control room.Therefore, the strong demand for mobile monitoring software and rapid devlopment of the Android platform smart terminal provided technical support for the mobility of the industrial control system monitoring software.Through the study of traditional industrial control monitoring software system structure, combining with mobile monitoring software compatibility, real-time and security needs,this paper put forward a mobile monitoring software system solutions without changing original network topology,it could be realized by setting up mobile terminal server in the factory’s network,which improve the system compatibility and reduce the cost of updating.The involvement of mobile server enable factory to control local area network and mobile application network with physical isolation, and also increase the system security and stability. The drawing part in flow chart module adopte hierarchical structure and object-oriented2d graphics programming method, which make the software code easy to maintain and extensible, and improve the code reusability as well.The adoption of Android NDK development and JNI call way to develop communication parts in flow chart accelerate the program running speed.By using the data area multi-level page table address mapping storage and asynchronous network transmission way to develop flow chart of data subscription and network communication layers, we speed up the data access, make the data transmission more stable and fast, and also improve the real-time ability of the system. Through joining login security the authentication process,the software can effectively avoid being stolen.Besides,the key server dynamic generation and management further guarantee the security of the data encryption. Meanwhile, access control system ensure the data and documents can only be used and viewed by granted users, allowing for different levels of user access to see different documents and data content. At last, the software has been applied in SUPCON iCS G3series control system and underwent the functional and real-time test.Test results show the software has a good real-time ability and security, convenience to the field operater, and also improve the production efficiency.
