Process Industry is a very important pillar industry in the national economic development,generally accompanied with high temperature,high pressure and complex physical and chemical reactions.In order to ensure the safety and stability of process production,it is necessary to manage the abnormal situations of the plant.Alarm is a reflection of abnormal situation of the factory.Alarm management system can solve two prominent problems,namely alarm overload and lack of efficient,accurate alarm guidance,so as to achieve the fine management of the alarm.In order to solve the above problems better,alarm management system designed in this thesis has the following three characteristics.Firstly,the alarm display module is linked to the alarm flow chart and alarm operation guidance so as to provide a centralized integration solution.Secondly,making two efforts to suppress the alarm overload,namely the cooperation among the core service modules and the high priority alarm sorting algorithm designed in this thesis.Thirdly,using two ways ensure that the alarm guidance is efficient and accurate,that is,the implementation of the alarm guidance search engine and using alarm guidance management scheme which is accompanied with comment and audit function.The main research results are as follows:(1)Based on the demand investigation,the whole technology framework of the alarm management system is designed,and the SOA-based three-layer architecture,namely the data management layer,the function processing framework and core function modules,is put forward according to the objectives.The data management layer do the data preparation and function process framework provides function service support for the core function modules.(2)Design the core function modules.In the alarm rationalization module,the process safety time algorithm is implemented for determining the alarm point value and look-up table algorithm is executed for determining the alarm priority.In the alarm guidance module,a search engine based on Lucene.Net is implemented and an alarm guidance management scheme with comment and audit is designed.In the alarm display module a high priority alarm sorting algorithm is designed and implemented and a centralized alarm solution is realized by linking to the alarm flow chart and alarm operation guidance.The function and performance of the system are tested in detail by building a test environment,and the alarm analysis and authority management have been deployed in the production environment.Test results show that the alarm management system can achieve the alarm suppression and manage the alarm guidance well,so as to provide decision support for the production of safe and stability.
