The Research And Development Of SPC System And Mobile Client Of A Semiconductor Packaging Plant

As the key procedure of total quality management,SPC has been widely applied to the quality control of manufacture.In this paper,the main target is quality control of a large domestic semiconductor packaging plant.Problems caused by the mode of multi-varieties and small-batch production is solved by using regression control chart as a quality control measure.Besides,SPC software system and its mobile client are developed and applied to practical produce process of the enterprise.The main work in this paper is as follows:Firstly,function requirements of SPC system are analyzed on basis of the brief introduction of semiconductor package production procedure and its business process of SPC.The overall architecture of the system is designed as web service based on B/S mode with its mobile and pc client according to the requirement.Secondly,conventional control chart is not suitable for quality control of the production mode of multi-varieties and small-batch.Aiming at this fact,this paper proposes a drawing method of regression control chart,including the calculation process of how to get the regression model and the practical data validation.Comparing to the conventional control chart,false alarm rate is significantly reduced by using the regression control chart.Thirdly,system database is designed and realized,which is composed of main function part and auxiliary function part,according to the function requirement.RESTful server architecture is confirmed by comparing to two other classical architecture.And after the choice of technique,detailed design is also realized with Java code.Finally,android is chosen as the mobile client by comparing to other intelligent mobile system from the perspective of development and marketing.And then the technical principle of Android is also introduced briefly.Volley,a convenient communication framework,is used to complete the network communication between server and client.Application flow sheet of client functions is designed and then realized with Java code.The regression control chart,which is proposed in this paper,solves the quality monitoring problem of the target enterprise effectively.Meanwhile,the development of SPC system,including its mobile client,is totally completed and the system runs steadily in the plant.
