With the rapid development of digital TV technology, digital television has gradually become popular. We can even see digital TV in some remote rural areas. As we know, digital TV front-end equipment network is very complex. So it is difficult for radio and television departments to manage alarm equipment. Therefore, it is very necessary to develop a front-end equipment network management system. On the other hand, Android system has been widely used, the Android App has more and more powerful features, which can be used for monitoring the front-end equipment. This study is based on the existed management system and more requirements from users. The new management system can offer more convenient for users to maintain alarm equipment.First, this study analyzed current new requirements, and introduced some technologies which are associated with digital TV front-end equipment network alarm management system, such as Android, LAMP architecture, server push scheme, and so on. After I learned the existed alarm system architecture, the alarm Android Application was designed and implemented. This app can receive the alarm message, then display and process them. It also can restore the alarm message template, that make the alarm message more personalized. This app implemented friendly interaction between user and the app, that means, the way to deal with the alarm message is more convenient and flexible. This research also has completed a function of binding PC EMS server and app,based on this function, EMS server can manage users and push the alarm message to selected users. I have set up the cloud server, which can combine with the EMS server to realize the synchronization function of alarm message.Finally, this study did some tests about the new system, each function module has been detected, then the app combined with PC and WeChat to test. Results from the tests show each part of the module achieved the designed goals, the overall system can synchronize alarm message. At the end of paper, I indicated some disadvantages during the process of this study, and put forward some relevant suggestions for other developer to improve.
