Design And Implementation Of Android Based Mobile Gis Alarm System

With the improvement of people's living conditions and the enrichment of material and spiritual life,people want more for a happy,safe and stable social environment.However,the method of traditional alarms has gradually shown many drawbacks.Once one encounters the emergency accidents,he or she can only call or send message to the police.However,it is impossible to achieve the expected effect by merely calling the police.On the other hand,smart phones have become a necessity for people's lives.Among them,Android phones have a market share of over 85%.In view of this,this paper designs and develops a mobile GIS(Geographic Information System)alarm system based on Android platform,and uses Wechat Public Account platform and Wechat Applet technology to develop the corresponding Wechat alarm program.It can quickly and accurately sends geographic location,pictures,sounds and even videos of the scene environment through the mobile phone alarm system when danger occurs,which greatly facilitates the police,and provides a simple,efficient,portable and intelligent alarm method for the broad masses of people.The research content of this paper mainly includes the following aspects:1.Designing and implementing the user's current position location and the query functions of surrounding alarm points.The user can display the current position,the surrounding alarm point and the police patrol car position in real time through the mobile phone App or Wechat applet,which is convenient for the alarm person to quickly find the help point for help.2.Designing and implementing the mobile phone alarm function.Users can upload alarm information conveniently and quickly through mobile phone App or Wechat applet,including various on-site environmental information such as location,text,pictures,videos,etc.3.Designing and implementing the function of police information disclosure.The police can release the latest police information from time to time through the server-side management background,so as to facilitate people to understand the latest developments of the police through mobile phone App or Wechat public account,Wechat program without leaving home.This client is implemented based on Android 7.0 system,by using Baidu Map SDKinterface service,and it uses Java language to implement the client.At the same time,it uses ASP.Net MVC 5 framework technology,and C# language for server-side implementation.Finally,the Wechat web development tool is used to design and implement the Wechat client mobile alarm applet.The whole system has gone through the processes of user demand analysis,overall design,system coding implementation,system testing and so on.Eventually,the system has realized the user demand and achieved the design goal,which can be initially delivered and used with certain potential value of the social applications.
