| In recent years, with the rapid development of3G wireless networks, computer technology, digital image processing, the Android operating system, etc., ordinary video monitoring technology has been far from being able to meet the growing diversification needs. Mobile security as a new solution is being widely proposed and received rapid promotion and application.This paper studies the key technologies of mobile intelligent video monitoring system, including the moving target detection and tracking algorithms, AT commands, video capture and compression, Socket Communications, the Android operating system, and other content. The system uses the C/S mode, the server-side has improved the moving object detection and tracking algorithms, and then uses the OpenCV, open source computer vision library, to detect and track the collected surveillance video, once they reach the alarm trigger criteria, to3G the wireless card to send AT commands, and send the alarm information to the monitoring client. When a client video monitor request is received, the server-side collects and compresses and packs the surveillance video, and uses the Socket technology to the surveillance video data through3G wireless network card to send to the3G network. Video monitoring client for the Android software design includes user interface and functional modules in two parts, to complete the Socket communication between the client and server, when the client sends a monitoring request, it receives the server-side transmission over the surveillance video data packets, and finally decompress, display and related process, complete the requirements of monitoring.This subject has basically completed its mobile intelligent video monitoring system server-side and client function module design and implementation of the final set of mobile intelligent video monitoring solutions. |
