With the rapid development of mobile network, Mobile Apps of every kind are springing up in domestic App stores. How to develop high-quality applications rapidly and reasonably has become a problem to be solved by many mobile App developers. Android operating system is now popular among developers with its open-source characterisitcs and compatibility with Java language. But in most of the domestic App stores, there exists large numbers of mobile Apps that are poor both in user experience and in usability.Based on the research of Service Delivery Platform in "New Century Talents Scheme-the theoretical system of research on modern service" and current technology. The thesis completed the design and achievement of the development, deployment and push function of the mobile applications. The entire engine is in the location of the mobile store on the service delivery platform and is composed of three parts, namely, mobile client basic service applications, server class libraries and developer tools. The mobile client basic service applications provide platform service supports for the mobile applications developed on the basis of the engine; Server class libraries provide information exchange service supports for the servers and their mobile clients of the mobile applications; Developer tools provide a set of mobile application development framework for the developers and help them rapidly and reasonably develop mobile applications of high quality and good availability.Firstly, the thesis analyzed the current Android mobile applications’ application types and characteristics, and studied the construction manners of the existing mobile applications. Secondly, the paper studied the concepts, types, characteristics, key technologies and the existing implementation models of the information push technology in mobile circumstances and summarized various implementation models of the mobile information push. Based on the above conclusion, the author analyzed the frameworks of various mobile applications developed during the author’s studying for a master degree and put forward the mobile applications construction engine on the basis of Android platform following the best development and design instruction of the Android official website. The paper designed in details and realized the engine from the aspects of the engine structure, function modules design, detailed description of functional points and engine construction application flow. The engine construction mobile applications can easily integrate the information push function and provide convenient application deployments and recommendations for developers by virtue of the openness and capacity of the existing service delivery platform.The mobile applications construction and the push engine put forward by the thesis allow developers to quickly construct mobile applications, at the same time, ensure the quality of mobile applications and reduce the difficulty of post-optimization and maintenance to some extent, and finally enable developers to develop the mobile applications that can meet the vast majority of users’ requests for utilization.
