At present, the higher occupation technology education in our country is developing rapidly, the high vocational school is also increasingly fierce competition. In order to make the students get a better learning environment, higher vocational school has always been committed to improving the students’ accommodation, but ignored the scientific management of student accommodation. With the increase of the number of students and the school service, the traditional dormitory management model can not meet the needs of the school management. How to achieve scientific and efficient student accommodation management, to provide students with better accommodation services, has become an important issue for the management of the hostel.This paper introduces the Zhejiang Business Technology Institute apartment management system research background, significance of the project and the current research and application status, and the main work of the paper’s content; in business analysis, the problems of system, organization, the original business processes are analyzed in this paper, we presented the optimized business processes in function; through the analysis, data flow analysis and data dictionary, the system function, the overall structure and the function of the system architecture and function modules are given, including the distribution management, dormitory management, dormitory management exchange statistics, visiting personnel management, dormitory management and public property repair back management of six functional modules; in in data analysis, the function of each system is required to process data analysis, E-R diagram, The database table structure is established, the research and analysis of the paper is summarized, and the further work is prospected.
