The electrophoresis gradient gel film production device which is controlled by computer has not been popular at home and abroad. The domestic products only can be used to manufacture the specific film solely which the whole process is controlled by people, and time-consuming. This research, can not only produced the automatic production of different concentration of the film, but also beneficial to reducing the cost, and could be large-scale production.The design of the computer control gradient gel film production device is introduced. It is divided into two parts, PC control system and lower position machine system. The function of the upper machine is achieved initialization that is setting and sent instructions. VB language is used to design the computer man-machine interface, including hybrid programming ideas of the VB and Matlab. Then the powerful data processing ability of the Matlab will be used in the computer control system, the curve fitting method is carried on the detailed description, then the motor motion curve is drawed. Cl8051F020microcontroller is adopted as master control unit in lower position machine system, peripheral circuit consist of12864LCD screen, step motor, serial port communication, photoelectric coupling, keyboard, relay, AC electromagnetic valve components. Through the research of the system, a detailed discussion are the PC software, main control circuit, stepping motor drive circuit, liquid line control circuit four modules. The stepping motor is a direct control object of the system, based on the integrity of the system design and debugging, It is can complete the stepper motor and electromagnetic valve of real-time control.Through the design and debugging of hardware circuit, lower machine system is can operated independently, good to completing the hardware circuit of each module circuit control, and realized the stepping motor operation of precise control and status tracking. PC is can completed parameter Settings, synchronous display calculation and stepper motor motion curve. The system test shows that the control system can satisfy the gel film in a certain concentration gradient distribution of design and production requirements.
