In this paper, we take Anechoic Chamber of our university as an example. The data acquisition system and control system in Near-field Antenna measurement has been researched. The main work is as follows:1) The software and hardware used in antenna measurement have been shown, as well as the process of an antenna measurement;2) How to initialize the antenna measurement system before testing, and how to acquire data from the Vector Network Analyzer when starting test have been studied;3) The UI (User Interface) design and data acquisition design which can acquire data from the Vector Network Analyzer have been finished;4) The Principle of Stepping Motor control have been analyzed. According to the source code, The flow charts and the important parameters have been shown and the source code to be used in new system has been modified;5) The driver of the ISA card has been developed;6) The application solution to integrate the two systems has been shown.
