Stepping motor is a digital execution element,with low cost,easy to control,positioning convenient and stqp distance error is not long-term accumulated,widely used in automatic control field.Stepping motor can't simply be connected to the ordinary AC/DC power supply;it needs to be connected to the special drive.Under the situation of motor ontology selected,the stand or fall of the drive influence the performance of the system.As automaton control degree rise,industries need stepping motors function at the same time.Motor coordination between the running performance qualities directly influence the reliability of the system and the control accuracy.The superior performance of synchronous motor controller is of great practical significance and application value.This paper introduces the design of stepping motor drive is based on TMS320LF2407,which is TI company's motor special control chip.The drive scheme is subdivided drive,is about to different angle.Subdivided drive can not only improve resolution,but also to make motor working more smoothly uniform,and reduce the low frequency vibration and resonance.The main circuit chip of drive is IR2130,which not only has strong drive ability,but also has many protection functions,suitable for step motor control.Software drive is modular,which calls and modifies convenient.Through the actual operations,this drive schemes realize precise control of the stepping motor.This paper presents a fuzzy-PID control method based on fuzzy control compared with the traditional PID control method.This method combines the advantages of fuzzy control and PID control,comprehensives a lot of experience of stepping motor control and then establishes fuzzy-PID control rules.The control rules are key point for stepping motor synchronization operation under fuzzy-PID control.The error and error rate between stepping motors are inputs,then system generates PID control signal through the fuzzy rules under the inputs,controls the object through PID control.As the simulation research shows,fuzzy-PID control has better effect for stepping motors synchronization operation.It is not only fast response and good stability,but also has adjustment ability according to the situation compared with traditional PID control.
