OA System Design Of Shaanxi Provincial Communication Construction Branches Based On Workflow Technology

With the rapid change of information technology, we are enjoying the convenience that the technology brings to us. Meanwhile, we have stepped into a high pace of living environment. Now in the fierce market competition, the efficiency of enterprises determines the vital importance of the business. In the market environment, OA system based on workflow emerged. Workflow OA system is the combination of the advantages of the workflow technology, OA technology and network technology. At present it is playing a decisive role in improving office efficiency, standardizing the enterprise system, and enhancing the competitiveness of enterprises.According to the actual demand and the company’s future development and planning needs, the program design in the background of a branch of Shanxi construction company has put forward a new design using the B/S system architecture design and SQL as the database.In the implementation of the whole project based on the workflow technology, OA technology, and database technology concepts are expanded. And according to employees’ rights and diversity in the workplace, the process of the design has divided the total system into three modules including personal office, human resources, and asset management functions. It has made many functions in the personal office module, such as document receiving and dispatching, the circulating, examining and approving, sealing, archiving, messaging, e-mailing, transmitting attachment and so on. Overall, it realized the standardization of basic management work. Because of the B/S system architecture, supporting remote office, it has fundamentally improved the work efficiency, including the realization of vehicle administrative office application, examination and approval, maintenance, driver management and vehicle management. Employees’ attendance, data management and function of knowledge management mainly can be supervised by the personnel management module. Then, the material management module realized materials application and materials procurement. Storage module mainly realized the above materials. Such modules can effectively reduce the waste of resources, and may carry on the effective allocation of resources. Management system has completed the interface management and maintainance account. The log management module can be modified according to the preferences of users. It can effectively record the personal work operation and effectively reduce some work problems. Finally, the summary of the design is offered and the development of workflow OA system is discussed.
