Obviously the inner operation logic is the focus of the legacy workflow management system (private)in the enterprises application of computer,and its main purpose is giving a convenient platform for inner enterprises management.With the further development of internet and 3G technolog,workflow engine contains all the antities of enterprises and application system(such as ERP,CRM,etc),but also handset and home wirings in the coming future.So how to get Inter-enterprise distributed workflow management is of great importance in the current enterprise computer applications.On the basis of Web Services architectures,we propose open workflow management,which is advanced in loose-couple,low cost,high intergration ability.The main purpose of this paper is looking all internet resources as Web service,and organizing then in operation flow,whice so called broad intergration(open).The main works and novel parts in this paper as follows:First,we propose a basic set of workflow modes on the basis of the study and anasysis in workflow modes to get the high compatibility of workflow definition.And at the same time this gives a nice proach to different users.Second,on the basis of important extention to BPEL4WS(Business Process Execution Language for Web Services), we give out the workflow semantic description, incloding the description of workflow executive logic contemporary workflow transaction models,which give a firm ladder to the consistency,correctness and reliability of workflow definition.Third,we persent a new precept of the admixture of compensation and fault handler based on transaction workflow and Sagas long transaction model.This promotes the promptitude of Saga model and sustains destributed management in Web Services environment's applications.In the end,we discuss the prototype system's design and implement of application layer and business layer in the environment of J2EE.
