Office automation,Abbreviation as OA, is the automation of office information processing.This paper designs a more fitting the unit’s administrative office system network scheme from the realistic meaning of network office automation system which is based on the research on Workflow Model. This scheme elaborate the office automation system in detail from the system analysis, overall design, detailed design and system implementation, web site testing and performance analysis of the whole development process, And finally apply the scheme and its to the particular job.In the process of system development, employing the design pattern of B/S structure, Using ASP as a development platform, Macromedia Dreamweaver MX as the development tool of Webpage design.System installation, convenient repair, with a unified, friendly user interface.This system has the system login, registration announcement list, meeting arrangement, the list of files, drafting documents, modify user information, system management, exit login function module. System management is divided into public management, meeting management, document management, users’ information management five sub module. Among them, the system management for the administrators, other users have no right to operate.Office automation system developed in this paper has been successfully applied in practice and achieved the expected results.
