The article applied the rough set theory to the date attribute reduction to extract the useful information and use K-means algorithm to cluster analysising customer business data, customer base deviding and statistical analysis the customer’s business. On implementation aspects of the system:First, we designd the system by top-down approach way, combining the actual situation of Hunan Telecom, using the data mining technology and the Online Analytical Processing technology do effective data cleaning, conversion and storage, ensuring the data quality of the data warehouse; meanwhile the business operating analysis system will achieve increasing customer’s value judgments, customer base segmentation, customer retention, analysis the loss of customers and providing Online Analytical Processing display function of the related subject.The system has operated in Hunan Telecom Company and it’s stable, accurately data statistics processing, business receiving clear, strong business support capabilities, friendly interface, the parameter setting is flexible, easy to operate and has meet the practical requirements of Hunan Telecom, the operation generated good economic and social benefits, the system will play an active role in expanding the new business market.
