The goal for researching,designing and implementation on meat&vegetables circulation tracing system is to deal with increasingly serious food safety problems. Following principles of "government pushing, market operation, social partic ipation, step-by-step implementation", using information technology to integrate existing resources ofmeat&vegetables circulation tracing system. Then surrounding the city traceability management platform, slaughtering enterprises, wholesale markets, large and medium-sized supermarkets, community markets and group purchase units,"production and marketing docking" core enterprise,outside the meat inspection and other7circulation node for the terminal. What’s more, we’d like to build the "production-circulation-consumption" traceability system.Historically, the quality and safety of food always attracts much attention. Recently, accident like "Clenbuterol","effusion pork","tony red","poison leek" and "question powdered milk"always happens; It’s so difficult to deal with series problems appears in the process of meat circulation, some problem even can not be recalled. The establishment of traceability system for protecting consumers’safety has become an important livelihood engineering Design and implementation of meat and vegetables circulation tracing system is around the topic in this article. Through the construction of a city platform and three big links subsystem (slaughter ache back wholesale link subsystem, traces the retail link subsystem, tracing subsystem). Circulation traceability chain synthesis will be realized.This article introduces the concepts of system. It analyzes according to the system demand in detail. Then,give a suitable design on the system of the various components and prepare key technology in advance. Finally, a feasible system will be realized.System development uses JAVA language development, database uses Oracle at the same time. System architecture uses the B/S layered architecture which based on the system using a variety of techniques, the development and applications, such as computer software technology, wireless communication technology, RFID Technology, Mobile Internet access technology network technology, Web technology, transmission technology. The users of the system in the region is the slaughterhouse, wholesale market, market, supermarket and canteen units, location relatively dispersed. There is no doubt that using the browser mode is more easy to deploy,update, access and easy to use whenever and wherever you want. The server which uses three layer architecture of data centric to build can guarantee the overall system architecture which has good expansion ability, we can meet the needs of future changes in demand in this ways.The system of regional food distribution which both have something in common and individualized consideration links a good comb, the various nodes of business process made the difference treatments.It’s providing the basic data and experience for the consolidated supervision of food safety area in the next.
