| The auxiliary power system as an important electrical equipment of rail transportation, mainly provide power to all kinds of equipment in the train. However, the entire power supply system is installed outside of the train, not convenient for working personnel to understand the working state of the auxiliary power system, and not conducive to the maintenance, management and improvement. Thus the research and development monitoring system is very necessary.The paper mainly describes the research of the train auxiliary power monitoring software. The main jobs include the monitoring software requirements analysis and overall design which based on the modular thinking. The design is divided into three layers, including communication layer, data layer and interface layer.Through multithreading technology, communication layer realizes three kinds of methods of communication (RS232, CAN and Ethernet) between upper monitor and lower monitor. The function of automatic switching and recovering the communication method also has been realized, called "hot-reserved" mode.The data layer realizes the management of real-time data through double buffer mechanism. It manages the catch data of real-time record data, operation record data and the fault record data and disk data file. And it designs data interface about the interface layer and communication layer.Based on MFC, the interface layer has been.realized It inlays the multiple windows on the main window called BaseMMI. The interface layer obtains data from the data layer by the data interface. And it finished the display of all kinds of data except and the parameter data in the ways of status and curves. During curves display, it realizes functions of the show of multi curves, moving up and down of the curve, zooming curve, changing color of curve, saving interface settings for the curve show and so on. In data layer, the paper also deals with the problem of low resolution of different configuration of the PC machine, realizing humanity of the man-machine interface design.The train auxiliary power supply monitoring system had been accepted by the cooperation company, and had put into practical project application. The system’s testing of the train auxiliary power monitoring system shows that, the monitoring system satisfies the needs of real-time performance and versatility, and works steadily. |
