The transfer of garbage is a key link in the process of garbage disposal. The garbagecompressor is an important equipment that is used for compress garbage to reduce thequality of household garbage in the garbage transfer station. This dissertation is devotedto a study of the platform garbage compressor, aimed at improving the design of oldstructure, and designing the hydraulic system and electronic system of the equipment. Itnot only improves the operational efficiency and the degree of automation, reduces thelabor costs, but also avoids secondary pollution during the process of the transportation ofgarbage and protects environment.There are mainly three issues done in this dissertation, including make animprovement on the structure design of the equipment and complete the design ofhydraulic system and electronic system. The main contents are as follows.In the section of the design of mechanical structure, in order to solve the problemsexisting in the present garbage compressor, such as feeding difficulties, partialcompression and difficult to clean up, the mechanical structure was improved to beplatform type and vertical compression structure. Moreover, force analysis and stresschecking were made to ensure the accuracy and practicality of the structure.In the section of hydraulic system, according to the work principle of garbagecompressor, we analysised the action request, chose the hydraulic circuit, completed thedesign of the hydraulic system, drew hydraulic schematics. At the same time, wecalculated and checked the components and related accessories of hydraulic system.In the section of electrical control system, completed the design of control-systemand the debugging by using PLC as the controller. Determined the electrical hardware ofthe system, drew the electrical control circuit, and completed the design of electrical control system. Selected the main electrical components, completed the selection of PLCand I/O address assignment. Programmed the system flow chart and ladder chart,compiled and debugged for the program. After debugging, the program achieved thepredetermined control requirement.In the end, we developed the friendly real-time displaying windows by usingconfiguration software WinCC in the super computer. Based on the WinCC platform, thesystem can registerer the real-time parameters of equipment. It is better to reflect theoperational status of the system and monitoring system, and provide the basis of real-timeand reliable decision for equipment maintenance.
