As people take more attention to the safety in production and saving the power, moreand more old supervision & control systems cannot meet the increasing need of theproduction. The old systems may not detect the new types of danger in production andleave some hidden troubles alone. The old systems also restrict the improving of theefficiency in production. This thesis backgrounds on the project of that designing asupervision & control system for compressors' station in certain national mine enterprise inDatong, Shanxi. Writer exhaustively illustrated the methods of how to design an intelligentsupervision & control systems in it.Writer has done some research on Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA)System and Distributing Control System (DCS), and designed a distributing integersolution for the supervision & control system for compressors' station based on that. In thisthesis, writer has exhaustively illustrated the integer process of designing from severalfactors, such as: choosing the fit hardware, designing the communication network,designing the circuit of control cabinet, the system configuration, programming forcontroller, designing the functions of HMI. And writer also did a certain research onfrequency conversion control of compressors, upgrading the way of communication andcolony control of compressors' station, which would be designed in the second phase ofthis project. In the system's debugging, writer had used software virtual object debuggingmethod and hardware imitating object debugging method to prove the reliability of systemsoftware & hardware. Writer had also done some discussions on the engineering problems.The first phase of this project had been accomplished in Sep, 2006, from then on, thissystem has been working correctly. It had enhanced the safe quality of the mine enterprise,reduced working intensity and improved the efficiency in production. This supervision &control system for compressors' station will be used in several mine areas while the wholesystem passed the test-running.
