Telecom Business/Operation Support System(BOSS for short),is an incorporate,resource-shared support system for telecom carriers.It consists of network management,system management,billing,business,accounting and CRM(Customer Relationship Management) etc. It can help telecom carriers combine inner work flow,operate with high-level efficiency and low cost,expedite the process of developing new operations,and improve the loyalty of customers. And it is one of the key factors for telecom carriers to enhance their competence.How to build an agile,long-lifecycle,flexible CRM system became one of the tasks that worth thoroughly studying during the progress of widening market,enhancing customer relations,improving service level and increasing benefit.Jiangsu Netcom CRM system can provide the business support for the telecom carriers, such as the marketing management, sale management, customer management, the product management, customer service and the accounts management...etc. And it can also provide a good environment for the second-development to adapt the new business and vivid business policies.Jiangsu Netcom CRM system adopts the more advanced software architectures and techniques,such as united data model, a framework based-on Service Oriented Architecture(SOA), working-flow engine,business rules engine, Product Creation Environment(PCE),and page auto-generation etc. It guaranteed the comprehensive ability for business support on the platform.This paper described the system requirement and the product targets first.Then it analyzed the system design strategy,detailed introduced the system structure and the function of each modules in chapter3. Chapter 4 analyzed and described concretely the design process of the module Customer Management that myself participate directly.Finally,it briefly introduced the deployment of the system and the circumstance of pre-operation, analyzing the existent problem, carrying on the summary and outlooks to the system.
