The Research Of CMM/CMMI Model In Oil Cooperative Monitoring And Management Platform Project

CMM is a combination of modern management methods and operation management of the enterprise project quality control. Since introduced in 1993, CMM has been widely put into use in United States, Europe and Indian software companies operating from workshops to large-scale production. By the end of 2006, there are nearly 200 Chinese enterprises which have acquired the CMM2 or CMM3 certificates. As the latest version of CMM, CMMI focus on the study of the vital process of project implementation, which divides the abstract project exploration process into several concrete progress in the process of domain model, so that the project may have a stronger basis and operation.This paper studies the exemplified case of refined oil coordinated management and supervision services project, combined with the application of CMMI in the project, so as to streamline the parallel process (ie: SPP) as the main reference model to determine the key process areas of systems development. At the same time, it interprets the main content of the process area, defines the various aspects of project development in the CMM process areas required to produce documents. Thus, the process of software development projects supported by guidance to software products is more in line with project requirements.This paper uses four chapters to explain the core content.The first chapter introduces the software project management and the relationship between CMM. It introduces the basic knowledge of project management, organization mode and concrete content, combining the definition of CMM mode and the history of development, getting well understanding the CMM latest version, that is CMM's basic situation and the border, identified the major areas of study papers.The second chapter introduces the coordinated supervision of refined oil platform construction services and the overall goals, clarify the necessity and significance of project development of oil platform. Through the project needs analysis, a better understanding of the project exploration adhered ways and regulations expects to be realized, meanwhile also the introduction of project relevant key technology analysis and project organizing management approach has been well explained.Chapter III, combined with the requirement, raises the requirements adapt to project, and CMM standard simplified needed to streamline parallel process model, that SPP model. It confirms the content of the model mainly in order to more effectively identify project development and management process areas, proposed streamlining of the parallel process model (SPP) by the software project process which can be divided into three categories of 19 process areas. Streamline the process and determine CMMI3 parallel correspondence between the SPP models is also proposed role of each position.The fourth chapter, combined with theoretical models covered by the SPP project management process application, the project application development process, institutional support three aspects of the process of application, takes 12 specific research domains to research and analyze the composition of the process domain, while it use oil platform project in the content, and puts forward the process area in the development and implementation process of the formation and completion of required documentation related to CMMI.Through research, this paper basically comes into being a theoretically model consistent with CMM software development process model. It salsifies, analyzes and verifies the project management software and construct the corresponding management model. Article describes the contents of the conclusion into actionable practices, such as government commitment to project management basis for future development teams engaged in similar projects to provide some reference.
