China has a long history and is well-known as its gourmet.In recent years, the rapid development of China’s market economy, every industryhas emerged as a vibrant scene, especially in the food and beverage industry, thedevelopment of more prominent. But the advantages often associated with shortcomings,the rapid development in the food and beverage industry, commonly used in theday-to-day operation and management is still the traditional way of manual jobmanagement, the overall technology content is not high, severe low level of information.And, with the manual management mode in the case of catering enterprises scalegrowing year by year, and the number is increasing day by day not only in the provisionof information for decision-making, or improve work efficiency, or reduce personnelcosts have been difficult to competent catering the modern needs of the day-to-dayoperation and management of enterprises, but also a serious impediment to theenhancement of the overall level of service for the entire food and beverage industry,and also restricted the large-scale development of the food and beverage industry.The main purpose of this paper is, for the day-to-day management of small andmedium-sized food and beverage companies, there are some problems or potential, toinformation technology and computer combination, designed to achieve thecomputerization of the day-to-day management of the small and medium-sized food andbeverage companies, systematic, and circulation in the management of small andmedium-sized food and beverage companies into more scientific, standardized businessprocesses, can be accurate based data management; allow managers to get rid of thetraditional transactional work, turn to professional management, can be avoided due tothe the management staff negligence as well as management quality problems caused bythe error, and thus enhance the work efficiency; can be refined on the data in theinformation, and provide a quick and powerful data support managers. The design of thesystem’s front desk using the Extjs library a receptionist to show the current popularserver-side database Mysql do, its core is to improve the quality of restaurant service attendants work efficiency, and improve customer satisfaction of restaurants, as well asreduce the restaurant employees labor intensity and restaurant operating costs, therebyincreasing the economic benefits of the company’s operations, and restaurants in avariety of recipes data, ordering data these basic data for statistical analysis, to showgraphical reports, available to decision-makers, in order to they rely on at moreexcellent manner, so fundamentally improve the competitiveness of the food andbeverage companies in the day-to-day operation and management. The front desk of thesystem ipad meal can provide detailed information of dishes, ingredients, cooking time,diners can use this system very convenient meal, a good user experience, attractcustomers so that we can continue next time.In short, the food and beverage management information, can be largelyimproved the scientific nature of the decision-making and analysis of food and beveragemanagers to improve their management level, to allow enterprises to achieve bettereconomic benefits.
