Zhejiang Yuexiu Foreign Languages ​​College Student Achievement Management System Design And Implementation

The system is mainly to complete the performance management function of Yuexiu, achieving data management in daily educational work. After finished, it will release working pressure of teachers in high vocational colleges, accelerate the rate of statistics and inquiry, and enhance management of performance data, which standardizes the management much better.During the development process of the system, we referred to some currently common developing methods in web area. We chose Ruby/Rails as the development language in our system, which is relatively advanced in the period of Web2.0. Meanwhile, the front interface was rendered uniformly by Extjs framework, which was consisted high praise in the industry. We fully realized the convenience, serviceability and low cost of Rails as a new generation of rapid developing model. At the same time, thanks to the massive free open-source technique, greatly reduce the expense of following purchasing and deploying, which can superbly satisfy the needs of controlled cost to medium-sized and small enterprises.In the process of development, we focused on the highly modelization of business pattern, strived to satisfy the needs of every aspect in the system, and achieve the compatibility.On the choice of developing language, we took Ruby/Rails, a rapid developing language, to simplify the following maintenance functions quantity. For developing methods, we used the development mode which combined the life-cycle model and prototype model. We designed the system through the demand research, annalistic demand, systematic design, and system operation. However, we took the evolutionary prototype on specific design. With the deepening of familiarity and understanding of users, we analyst, design and operate again to one or more parts. This paper will mainly introduce several aspects of the system, such as analysis, design and operation and employment.
