In recent years, with the continuous reform of the national education policy, thestate puts forward a new direction and goal for college teaching work and dailybusiness work, requires not only information technology, science and technologyshould be applied to teaching work but also the daily business of school should furtherrealize the informationization management too. Catering center of college as the mostimportant part of the daily business activities, every link of it does not allow anyerrors, especially the items of inbound, outbound, report of the item of the audit workand so on. Based on the above reasons in heihe college in response to therequirements of the national education policy, the better to implement campusinformatization, standardization management, we decide to design and develop a foodand beverage center management system for school catering center. The author as amember of the heihe college catering center teachers also involved in the design,development and implementation of this system and other activities.Because the author is a teacher who works in heihe college catering center, soknow of basic situation of the heihe college, food and beverage center condition,business processes. The author also communicates with workmates of other relevantdepartments and designs the system function module in detail after understanding ofthe relevant information. The related modules of this system mainly includes usermanagement, procurement management, inventory management, dispatchmanagement, menu management, audit management, report management, statisticsmanagement function modules and so on. Combine with the present situation ofHeihe college teaching conditions, adopts B/S mode of development on systemresearching, using the MVC design pattern in JAVA technology of the Strutsframework technology, database buffer technology in system development, system ofbackground database is MySQL, it possesses the characteristics of high security, goodstorage and completely have the ability to realize and protect the food and beveragemanagement system of data operation. In the process of the design andimplementation of this system the author participate in the design of the system requirements analysis, system function design, system implementation and systemtest.After design and implementation, the author tested the design of the system indetail according to the right way and corrected the mistakes. Now, it has been appliedto the center of the heihe college catering and application effect\exceededexpectations, because, catering center integrated management system not onlyimplements the catering work process of informatization bur also simplified the staffand relevant departments work, improve the staff’s working efficiency, reduce theprobability of error data. The security, stability, extensibility of the system achievedthe requirements.
