Therefore, all colleges and universities attach great importance to the management of the Senate. Weifang Engineering Vocational College Educational Management System is for the development project, the goal of its system design study is to examine the effects of ExtJS Educational Management Information System.This paper follows the software cycle development rules, based on the analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of the various the RIA development of technology,there comes the Educational Management Information System which is based on ExtJS; Through the knowledge of Weifang Engineering Vocational College teaching, we can ensure the system’s requirment analysis, that means releasing news, notices and other informations; It still exists the management of the school teaching programs;,the management of students enrollment; the checking of students’ information,and teachers can publish examination information and check the teaching information based on the overall design of the system.The best user interface functionality uses a set of desktop applications and Web application deployment convenient RIA technologies to design, and then clear the various modules of the system functional requirements, the system is divided into four modules:system management subsystem, academic administrators subsystem, teachers subsystems and students subsystems, it draws data flow diagram of the various modules according to the modular structure of the software, and designs the logical model of the system, With the use of SQL Server2005database management systems,completed the conceptual design of the database, logic design and physical design respectively,; With the use of ExtJS framework of reusable components and objects it simplifies the system development process, the client interface to good effect, page display of the style of the desktop application specific modules of the system, and according to the data flow diagram and logical model and database design, final coding to achieve the main function of each module. Research projects mainly contains two innovations:First, the use of the B/S development mode, the educational management system is designed for the three-tier system, the data layer of the system can run in the Web environment, the middle layer and the access layer, which improve the efficiency of the system greatly; Second the,educational administration system interface which is designed with ExtJS development technology, has improved the utilization efficiency of the software control, making the interface easier to operate, improving the operability of the system..The Educational Management Information System is based on the ExtJS technology,and has been development in Weifang Engineering Vocational College.The system can not only improve the efficiency of teaching in schools, making the school teaching work methodically, but also promote the teaching management personnel introducing new reform of the student teaching program strategies, such as enrollment, arranging, students in accordance with their own wishes autonomy courses, etc..The improvement of the system is conducive to the development of students, the students can recognise the information in time, have a convenient learning life,.That can promote the school to train more talented people to some extent.
