In Chengde city, the law casesof labor dispute have increased several times since2008. The number of such cases in2007is about200per year, but now it has jumped to more than2000. This change hasgreatly increased the amount of work of labor dispute arbitration organizations, and thetraditional way of manual operation to deal with the cases can not yet adapt to theincreasing needs of laborers to protect their rights.The labor dispute arbitration committees of Chengde Municipal government andsubordinate governments have fully recognized the needs, and proposed to apply themodern computer technology in the new process management model to raise theworking efficiency and serve the laborers better.According to the requirements of Chengde City Labor Dispute Mediation andArbitration Committee, this thesis has made a careful research and analysis, andselected myApps basic platform based on J2EE as development platform, andcompleted the system process design as well as the development and maintaining ofsome modules.This thesis has also stated some major problems for the application of the systembriefly, taking the overall system structuring and process function module as theemphasis. More than that, the thesis has analyzed the core business, interface design andsystem environment, the concrete techniques and methods for realizing the key processmodule have also been given.The system has met the needs of design and gone through the test in the practicalcircumstance. The system has met the requirement of the clients. After some problemsand defects of the system are improved, the system can be usable, stable, safe andextendable and can be completely available for the clients.
