Design And Implementation Of Labor Arbitration System Based On ASP.NET

With the continuous maturity of computer and network technology,the use of computer technology to improve the efficiency of enterprises and institutions has been widely recognized by the community.How to use advanced computer technology to improve the efficiency of labor arbitration organization.It has also become an important issue for the leaders of labor arbitration organs.The labor arbitration management system designed and developed in this paper aims to realize the whole process automation of labor arbitration cases.The labor arbitration management system is divided into six functional modules,They are basic information,case handling,approval platform,public management,system setup,demodulation organization.The case processing module and the approval platform and the demodulation organization ensure the routine office automation of the labor arbitration institution;The public management module implements the labor arbitration case record and inquiry work;System settings module to achieve the system welcome interface settings,personnel rights management and other functions;mediation organization to achieve the mediation organization management,information maintenance and other functions.The development of labor arbitration management system based on the B/S structure,in the form of Web sites to the user.The system uses a combination of IIS+ASP.NET+SQL Server2008,the development process used in the three tier architecture,and use C# language for development.After testing,the system can meet the expected goal and has a certain practicality.
