Along with the rapid advancement of science and technology and the rapid development of the world economy,trade within different countries is far fro m satisfying each country's own needs,and the rise of international trade has become an inevitable trend.As the earliest cross-border B2 B e-commerce platform created in China,Alibaba International Station(ICBU)carries Countless commodity buyers and suppliers from around the world.International B2 B trade as a form of transaction,like other domestic B2 B trade or B2 C trade,there must be disputes and arbitration between buyers and sellers.This article will start from the characteristics of international trade and explain the design of dispute arbitration system in this particular context.Implementation process.This topic is mainly based on the Spring MVC architecture,using Java,ibatis and Ajax technologies to implement a set of system modules for dispute arbitration reverse transaction services on international websites.In addition,the syste m implements a microservice architecture through the HSF(High Speed Framework)remote communication framework,which enables decoupling and multiplexing between different service functions.As the most widely used sub-library middleware in Alibaba,TDDL realizes the technical requirements of system read-write separation and master-slave backup.At the same time,consistent load and other algorithms are used to achieve load balancing between application server deployments.This project adopts the design idea of software engineering,and follows the work of feasibility study,demand analysis,overall design,detailed design,internal test,functional test,acceptance test and so on.The system is divided into three major modules,which are the dispute processing module,the arbitration processing module and the knowledge point entry module.Among them,the dispute module does not depend on the judgment and processing of a third party(Alibaba),and is transferred to the arbitration module when it cannot be processed in the dispute module.The knowledge point entry module mainly serves the future intelligent judgment system,which is mainly developed and designed by the algorithm department.At present,the work content of this topic has basically ended,the system has also been launched,received the praise and support of customers,reduced the staff's work costs,and reached the original intention of the original system design.
