Currently, in order to realize Labor and Social Security organization automatization and paperlessness , it is important to employ modern computer and network technology for information construction in our country. Internet changes with each passing day and improves the application technique in correlative field, which means it is possible to Set up the numeral turns the Labor Dispatch business information-based management and the acculturation information servicesIn the informationization process of quite a lot of our native local enterprises, there has always been a problem, which is that very little achievement was accomplished with much of financial and material resources consumed. Many of the products made by software companies turned out to be unable to make any profit, thus the software companies could not benefit from this, neither could the client enterprises. The same problem also exists in the rising labor dispatch industry, and this article is aimed at resolving the problem of softwares needed in the informationization process of labor dispatch industry. The manner provided in this article is base on the application of J2EE technology combined with commercial ideas, and it can provide a safe, reliable, stable and convenient platform for the communication between competent people and their potential employers by improving the efficiency of the labor dispatching companies.This article will give detail explanation about the application of J2EE technology in labor dispatch, and explanation about other technologies such as B/S. Then it will give further design and framework based on the current needs of labor dispatch companies about softwares using the technologies mentioned above.
