The Design And Implementation Of Management Information System For Labor Security Supervision

With the continuous development of information technology and application of e-government in government departments, the labor security supervision institutions of information construction is becoming more and more attention. Based on this background, this paper based on the relationship between labor security supervision information system, introduces the process of informationization construction of labor security supervision of our institution. As national labor security supervision "two subnetted" pilot institution, since 2009, our institution in accordance with the "two subnetted with two subnetted management services company, with management promote employment" goal request, actively promote the work, has basically realized the regulatory scope mainly from the town to the urban and rural integration, from district level regulation extends to the street town, community, established a relatively complete area, street, town, the three-grade regulatory system of the community, for the expansion of social security, employment training, human resource management work provides the more broad space for development.First it introduces the current status at home and abroad of the informationalization construction of the labor security supervision, and then analyzes the existing technical schemes, finally we determine that the system uses MVC three layers architecture mode which based on B/S structure. We choose open source development platform which can across the operating system, so we choose J2 EE technology platform and major open source Java frameworks such as Struts, Spring, Hibernate to build the system. The development processes of the system design are based on software engineering technology, through requirement analysis of the system, overall outline design, detailed design and implementation, system testing. In the whole process of system development, it strictly follows the modular program-design method, implements the functional modules with low coupling, the module internal implementation with high cohesion. It will facilitate system maintenance and upgrade. In system testing phase, we use a lot of test methods to test the system comprehensively, and ensure the efficiency and stability of the system. Specificly we use unit test, integration test, scenario test, performance test, etc. This paper descripts the system with the business process diagram, user interface, and it also gives the system’s overall architecture diagram, design constraints, and the core codes.This paper completed the analysis, design and implementation of the labor security supervision management information system, and it finally implements all function modules, such as supervision organization management, monitors management, complaint management, report management, active surveillance plan management, group emergency management, grid management, user management, role management, rights management, etc. Finally, the labor security supervision management information system is tested by user interface, function, performance. The test result reaches its goal, and the system can meet the practical requirements.
