The Design And Implement Of Domain Name Dispute Arbitration Management System

With the booming development of Internet, global domain name business has been growing up rapidly. In China, due to the lagging law enforcement, the registrations of domain name in bad faith often occur. It's urgent to establish a domain name dispute arbitration organization to resolve and regulate these problems.This paper mainly describes how to design and implement the domain name dispute arbitration management system with software engineering. By analyzing the current technology, especially considering the realistic requirements of the CIETAC, the developing platform selects the mature JAVA technology and the system is built with the three layers mode of Browser/Server. The whole system is designed according to J2EE standard. The client interface part adopts JSP technology; the control part adopts Servlet technology to develop; the business logical part adopts JavaBean technology to encapsulate; the application server adopts IBM Websphere application server which can sustain J2EE standard; the back database adopt IBM Db2 8.1 edition of the enterprise; the hardware platform adopts IBM X3650 service; and the operating system adopts Windows 2003 Server. The system is integrated with many advanced JAVA technology, which helps to greatly upgrade the performance of WEB server. The system also supports the most popular IE browser, and The IE not only has good compatibility but also is well accepted with major Internet users. The system has been on operation for more than one year and has received favorable response from the users. Just as one applicant said, "The successful implement of this system has found a new way to cyber arbitration and provided an opportunity for online arbitration in China."In addition, this paper also discusses the antitype design and database connection pool technology.
