Monitoring system set-car navigation positioning technology, geographic information systems technology, database technology and communication technologies, intelligent transportation systems is an important part. Tension as a result of the constant traffic and transport security requirements dramatically, it is receiving increasing attention, the field of traffic management has gradually become a new research and development direction. Therefore, the monitoring system for vehicle navigation research and development of practical significance. The design is based on the XSBASE270-GPS navigator for the second development. The works of this thesis include4parts in conclusion:(1)The realization of the PXA270-based GPS car navigation function, the realization of electronic map technology research.(2) a detailed analysis of the PXA270-based navigation software design, given the navigation software and electronic maps of the interface.(3) In the second development of the navigation software, based on the WinCE navigator graphical realization of human-machine interface; electronic map of the basic navigational features to provide users with a friendly user-friendly interface, including roaming on the map, according to scale to enlarge and narrow, all plans, the former plan, the initial map operation; to achieve in the electronic map location, location queries and other functions, mainly to provide users with relevant information on the existing map of the query operation, the system can be provided based on user conditions Statistics on the map to search, display query results.(4)Based on Structured Analysis and Design, follow the Software development process--Requirements, outline design, detailed design, coding, testing.A series of experiments aboutGPS positioning and positioning information transmission are done via the systemdesigned in this article. The system performance is analyzed. Experiment results show thatthe system design scheme iS feasible. It Can obtain predefined performance.
