Research On Digital Design And Manufacturing Integrated Teaching System

At present, the development and application of digital design and manufacturing technology promotes the level of manufacturing industry. However, due to the poor integration of large data, hardware and software, manufacturing enterprises face the problem of how to effectively integrate data to serve related personnel and software. For the universities, they undertake the task to train the students in order to have the capacity of digital design and manufacturing. Therefore, research on digital design and manufacturing integrated teaching system has important theoretical significance and application value.The subject of this thesis comes from the "mechatronics" national training base construction projects of Hengshui Vocational and Technical College and the Hebei research project "digital design and manufacturing training center construction" of Hebei Education Department. In this dissertation, it gave the concept of digital design and manufacturing integrated teaching system, constructed the architecture of digital design manufacturing integrated teaching system, proposed the solutions of digital design, technology, programming and simulation, studied the digitization training factory networking, communications, management, etc. key technologies, and establishes the teaching management platform.This dissertation solved the problem of how to effectively integrate data to serve the relevant personnel and software, and establishes a teaching and research platform. The result of research has been applied.
