At a time when computer and Internet technologies are rapidly driving development,the overall idea of "industrialization promotes informatization and informatization promotes industrialization" is becoming more and more entrenched.With the deepening of the global economy,the market competition is becoming more and more fierce,as many Chinese manufacturing enterprises,how to improve their own competitiveness is an increasingly urgent issue,so many manufacturing companies put forward the goal of using computer and Internet technology to build digital factories.How to implement the goal of a digital factory is to start with data management at the manufacturing end.Due to the complexity of CNC equipment in recent years and the depth and type of different CNC,CNC systems also face more and more problems in terms of reliability and efficiency,the chance of machine tool equipment failure has also increased relatively.Then enterprise managers on the production site and equipment management of the situation requires system platform management,the use of data analysis and real-time monitoring to solve how to reduce the failure of CNC machine tools,how to ensure processing quality and how to effectively improve the utilization rate of machine tools has gradually become a problem for manufacturing enterprises.This article is based on the actual situation of a sensor manufacturing company's CNC workshop,combined with the needs of the company to set up a digital factory project,research and development of digital workshop manufacturing process data acquisition and intelligent management system,to provide decision optimization and support for manufacturing process control,to ensure product production efficiency and quality,thereby improving the management level and production efficiency of the enterprise production workshop.The main research work for this thesis is as follows.First,this paper analyzed the needs of the companies involved in the subject,and puts forward the key technologies involved in the research,including equipment transformation technology,hyper threading technology,equipment communication technology,network programming technology,database development technology.In view of the current production situation and system requirements of a sensor manufacturing enterprise,combined with the existing workshop manufacturing process management technology architecture theory system,the technical architecture of the combination of data collection and management system is established,the advantages and disadvantages of choosing the socket interface type as TCP streaming socket interface type to ensure data transmission and accuracy are described,and SQL server is selected The database of 2000 version was built,and B / S structure was selected as the software architecture.Then,based on the application requirements and the analysis of the field situation,the parameters of the equipment need to be collected are investigated,and the network topology design for the workshop data collection is planned on the basis of the existing network architecture;the data collection method of CNC machine tools is studied,and the data collection program based on the network port,serial port and electric circuit is realized,and the data collection interface is designed and developed This paper analyzes and designs the server platform and thread program of CNC machine tool acquisition,realizes the application support and data acquisition support of data acquisition service configuration tool for CNC program,realizes the real-time data transmission with Web Socket technology,and designs the function module of client software system in detail.Finally,based on the above requirements and technical research,MDA(manufacturing data)is carried out This paper introduces the development and running environment of the system,and focuses on the functional modules of the system.In order to achieve the acceptance,the functional modules of the system are tested and demonstrated,which verifies the feasibility and effectiveness of the system.The research and experimental results show that the system can collect and display data in real time according to the requirements,update the status of the display equipment on the digital screen in the workshop,analyze the important data such as equipment output and utilization rate through chart data,make production decisions for a sensor manufacturing enterprise,improve production efficiency,reduce operating costs,and improve the competitiveness of the enterprise.
