The Design And Implementation Of Training Online System For Weifang Public Secu Rity Bureau

The police officer are the backbone of maintaining social order, have an important role in the protection of people’s lives and property safety. Complete police training evaluation system can enhance the ideological and political quality, legal literacy and combat ability of the majority of police officers, and provide a strong support for the long-term development of the police career. Although there are many kinds of training systems, but most of them are too old and lack of standardized evaluation system, and can not combine with the day-to-day work of the police. In order to overcome the deficiencies of the traditional police training system, solve the problem of lack of resources, low efficiency and education training can not follow the development of the information and so on, the police system is specifically designed for the police training evaluation of Weifang City Public Security Bureau. It use computer operation to complete police officer training access and exit examination, making the entire examination process more simple and efficient.This paper describes needs analysis, system design and implementation process of the online examination system. Firstly we do demand research of Weifang City police station, and do requirement elicitation of the training system, job requirements and workflow used, and then get the content analysis to determine the function of the system as well as the appropriate way to achieve, and then use hierarchical design thought to do functional design of the system sub-base layer, middle layer and high-level, and design database involved. Finally, according to the content of requirements analysis and system design, we use the relevant technology to implement the system to complete the whole development work of the system. This paper design and implement online training system using B/S architecture that the foreground base on JSP technology and the background base on SQLServer2005database.System function are divided into four function modules, including curriculum and learning arrangement, assessment management and performance analysis. The curriculum arrangement includes course management, courseware management, training institutions and training teachers; learning arrangement includes the learning plan management and learning progress management; assessment management includes question bank management, test paper management, examination management and proctored management. Besides, the examination information statistics information can do statistics and analysis of test scores and scores distribution and facilitate the development of specialized training programs for weaknesses. From the user’s view, they are divided into the police officer, the training teacher and system maintenance personnel. Police officers simply participate in online training and assessment and training teachers and maintenance personnels are involved in more complex affairs. Training teachers are responsible for the update and maintenance of the training courses and exams, and also have the right of paper inspection and invigilation and finally conduct a comprehensive analysis of test scores, and get relevant analysis results. The system administrator is responsible for comprehensive maintenance work on the system, and ensure the normal operation of the system, and simultaneously manage the users of the system, including the permission assignment, the user operation log management and so on.The eventual deployment of the system basically meet daily training requirements police officers need, through this system, police officers can go training anywhere. The system simplify the training process of police officers, save the time of the training staff, improve the work efficiency of the Public Security Bureau, and further promote the informatization level of the public security system, and help the education work of police officers go to a new level.
