VR is using computer technology to generate a realistic three-dimensional vision, hearing, touch or smell, such as feeling the world, so that , users can proceed from our own perspective, the use of natural skills and some equipment for this generation of the virtual world to visit the object of control and interaction. In recent years, virtual reality technology for fast development, are widely used in military training, medical, design and entertainment fields.Application of virtual reality for the public security education and training, in addition to the inherent characteristics, but also have unique benefits, mainly embodied in reducing casualties and saving training for two aspects. PTTVRS is the use of computer networks, in a real-time 3D scene, through the communications network to complete police tactical tasks; At the same time, provide relevant information of the police tactical skills knowledge base to record the training operations, to provide expert evaluation system.The main works and innovation points are as described as follows:Researching technology includes scene construction technology, viewpoint production and control technology, real-time communication technology, multi-thread technology application in PTTVRS, and proposed that realizes the method correspondingly. Studied and has realized the dynamic entity control and the collision examination method.Designed lamination system model, the PTTVRS is divided into five layers, such as man-machine alternation layer, data management layer, view management layer, view plan layer, transmission layer and data storage layer.Designed PTTVRS architecture which is composed of seven parts, includes overall control module, data communication-processing module, view simulation module, tactical training module, drilling appraisal module and database module. Finally, design and implementation.Studied the real-time communication principle appling to PTTVRS. And proposed the corresponding method to realize.Analyzed related data which produced in the training, and studied and realized method which record and analysis the essential data.Has given the application example for building search training, and direct-viewing description result with text descriptions and intuitive. Through quantitative analysis to assess the rationality for the design and implementation of PTTVRS.
