| In progress under the background of information technology, to explore the application of information technology in public security organs, is the current hot topic. At present, the public security organ for outlook of policemen, improve business skills and professional quality, dedicated to each other regularly learning, training and assessment. But, due to the widespread public security front police force insufficiency, the job is busy, police hard to focus on practical factors such as learning, therefore, makes the study and test work is not easy to develop smoothly. Therefore, this article discusses the police online training system implementation scheme, in order to pass the system development, promoting the normal and orderly work of police officers to learn and test.In this paper, according to the software development life cycle steps of system development process are discussed. First introduced the research background and research status at home and abroad, and used for system development technology were summarized, put forward the target system development USES the ASP.NET dynamic web technology, choice of SQL Server database. Then, this article from two aspects of function and performance indicators, and introduces the system’s overall demand, based on this, puts forward the architecture of the system model and network topology structure, and for the business processing and database design in detail. Finally, learning process control was introduced in detail, the question bank construction, simulation test, online examinations, online answering questions subsystem implementation process, and the system test and maintenance scheme are discussed.Because the system USES a multi-layer architecture, therefore, has the advantages of scalability, efficiency and stability. At present, the system has been in Wenzhou city public security bureau and running, the practice has proved that the use of this system to improve the effect of police training and learning with practical effect. |
