In recent years, the numbers of Jilin University's recruitment of national defense was increasing, The office of People's Liberation Army reserve officer selection and training in Jilin University, which through the years of work experience found that there was need to open up a "Design and Implementation of Management Information System for Reserve Officer Selection and Training ", so that the work to achieve institutionalized, standardized and scientific management. The office needs to do after a detailed investigation carried out, designer descripes the system accurately by using datas of diagrams and dictionary tools. According to the conception the modular design based on the differences of student class,can be classify the recruitment of national defense into: Enrollment of national defense, selection of national defense in school, graduate students receiption and postgraduate defense students four types of national; Another system maintenance module, is minly used achieve the maintenance of public information, so when designing the system should divided into five subsystems, namely: the basic situation of recruiting sub-national defense, school selection and the basic situation of sub-national defense, graduation reception subsystem, postgraduate subsystem and system maintenance of five functional modules, in each module, designed detail functional sub-modules,Finally complete a man-machine interface design.Information Management Systems: Management Information System is a integrated System containing information technology, financial management theory, statistics and operations research, database technology. It is a capital-and technology-intensive, labor-intensive, intelligence-intensive projects. China has a large market and abundant human resources, with decades of technological accumulation and experience, have certain advantages apterwards. In the management of information systems innovation (we should be neither a arrogant nor proud. We should seize the current favorable opportunity of the rise of the Internet economy in order to make China's information technology and information industries develop by leaps and bounds, To make the information industry play a better role in promoting national economic growth.Software design is a project, there is a strong logical connection from beginning to the end, at the beginning of requirements analysis is particularly important and is a critical step in software development. Be therefore comparatively clear to the function demanded by the people who uses to that software , can be to be that developer is also a consumer criticizing me like this since myself is engaged in this job right away,therefore, what big problem need is not therefore, to me, not introducing that detailedly, but is really not no important speaking in the thesis. Only when passing the software need analysis, the only the population being able to with the software function and the function concept describes that the software being needs specification explanation , builds the development basis of software then.As for any construction project, must accomplish design anyhow before its construction. Therefore, design the important step sometimes being to develop an activity. By the fact that time of graduation practice , my depths have experiencing, the software design and the field engineering design is other the same , also need having good way , analysing tactics well and so on. Software design look upon as being to weave a program possibly programming only, this is very single-faceted. The realization being only a software in fact, programming, can not confuse them.Code so to speak is that the software designs all jobs the earlier stage result , the procedure mass depends on the mass that the software designs therefore, mainly. But, programming the language characteristic property and code approach produce far-reaching influence also to procedure reliability , readability , testing nature and upkeep sex.
