The Weifang City responds the call from the party, in order to accelerate the development of the health of the population of archives information management, knowledge of universal access to health, protect the health of rural residents in management of medical institutions of basic information, proposed the establishment of a management system of electronic health records among rural residents in Weifang.This system makes requirements analysis and system design of rural residents of Electronic Health Record Management System and achieves the requirements capture and analysis, system design, detailed design, coding and system testing by using a structured software development method, the way to describe the combination of Unified Modeling Language (UML) and natural language, Struts framework technology architecture platform, SQL SRVER2005as storing database, the system structure in B/S way.In the design process, the system uses J2EE platform, MVC architecture, language of dynamic web design JSP to complete the development. Rural residents electronic health file management system designed and realized the functions such as system settings, health records, hypertension management, the management of severe mental illness and health service personnel function. The system eventually achieved requirements that Weifang for rural residents electronic health records management, the rural residents’electronic health records information input and residents common disease archives information maintenance and drug treatment of management greatly facilitate the entire Weifang City for rural residents health information acquisition and the analysis of weifang internal residents health status for the convenience of the maintenance take corresponding measures to strengthen the rural residents health in weifang. The settings function of System achieved system internal basic information settings and maintenance of realization. The health file function module implements the residents’health information storage management; Hypertension Management completed information management who has hypertension to rural residents. Heavy mental illness management module implement information management who has heavy mental illness in rural residents; and the system also implement internal health service personnel basic information management for each medical institution.
