Health is the basis for comprehensive development of human, but also a necessarycondition for social development. As information and network technology development,economic and social change have made a profound impact, many countries regard theinformationization of the field of health as the key technology of development of healthcare. To gather and organize the entire life cycle of every resident health and relatedmedical data, is that people locate health information development. With the continuousprogress of science and technology, more and more electronic equipments have beenused in the patient's medical diagnosis and treatment, how to make medical datacollection and collation of information, how to make the existing electronic healthrecords rich,and establish the appropriate medical database, have been the primaryobjective of the development of health information.In this paper,ECG(Electrocardiograph) have been used as an example, a managersystem of ECG data, oriented to Electronic Health Records,have been developed.Established a database with SQL Server 2000 Database Management System, makedanalysis of ECG data, writed Windows applications in the.NET Framework platformand built C/S structure to make acquisition and storage of ECG data. In the ASP.NETframework, ADO.NET database access technologies have been used to read the ECGdata stored in the database, writed Web applications and built B/S structure to managethe ECG data, made waveforms display of ECG data using graphical widget.With theURL provided by Health Management Systems, uploaded the ECG data to the healthrecord system database, achieve the purpose of riching the content of existing electronichealth records, and make a reference to other kinds of electronic medical data collectionand management.
