The development of science and technology changes with each passing day now, person with ability has become a very pivotal factor for the realization of the tactic cause of the most of enterprise. Radically, the management of enterprise is the management of human namely. To realize the management of the person with ability effectively,the enterprise has to establish an HRMS which is intensive,harmonious,consistent and comprehensive.In the light of the actual requirement of a medicine enterprise of a province,the system which is based on the management of information and whose goal is prosecution management adopts WorkFlow Management Technology,and the system imports the mode of scientific management of human resource,it collects and then stores and then processes and analyzes the information of human resource of the enterprise,by the way, the system reflects the changes of the personnel and wage and more information of human resource of the corporation exactly,finally,the data which is processed by the system can be the decision-making gist ,an human management gist of the various handlers who are working in the corporation.In accordance with the guidelines mentioned above, the thesis analyzes the functions of the Human Resources Department in the corporation comprehensively, and analyzes the functional needs and data needs of the human resources management system deeply. According to the personnel of a wide range of application/approval process, the HRMS introduces WorkFlow Management Technology, it lets the WorkFlow Managemen Subsystem to handle the day-to-day application/ approval proceeding, by adopting the technology, this is an upgraded development of HRMS;Secondly, the thesis accurately describes the HRMS by UML through use case model, class and object model. Thirdly, based on the relational database, the thesis has established a database model and the E-R model of workflow management subsystem. When doing so, we took factors such as the character of user roles and system security into account, which embodied the principle of people-orientation. The thesis also discussed the workflow management technologies and the system design strategy and the implementation technical program of the system in depth.Meanwhile, the thesis regards a workflow management technology as the key technology,and the security issues, the interface of the system design technology and other technology were discussed.
