The Design And Implementation Of Organization Department Cadre Evaluation System For Gaomi

The leading cadre is the biggest and most key resources to keep the national development and our party organization construction, so examination and appraisement is one of the most practical means of cadre management. At present widespread truth is that gaomi municipal party committee organization department establishes a set of appraisal system to meet the needs of management, but without the excellent software and hardware and new technology as auxiliary means, so it is completely manual statistical analysis and manual writing for personal assessment document, and it takes a lot of time and energy. Therefore this paper designs gaomi organization department cadre evaluation system, and gives the implementation details of system based on the standard modeling language UML.This paper aims at the needs of responsibility system, index system and method system of gaomi organization department cadre evaluation system, and uses B/S system structure, and bases on Struts、Hibernate、Spring frame construction, and takes JSP、 XML technology, and uses SQL Server2005database service system to design and realize the gaomi organization department cadre evaluation system. At the same time, the system realizes function module of evaluation establishing, data acquisition, data calculation, results statistics, basic data maintenance and system management, etc.This paper first introduces the system’s development background and current research situation at home and abroad, then bases on the object-oriented development idea, and sets models for each stage of the system development through UML model’s use case diagram, class diagram, sequence diagram and so on, and briefly describes the system’s logic structure, technical architecture, business model, data model, function implementation, test plan, etc.Gaomi organization department cadre evaluation system has been used in the gaomi city organization department. The system makes use of the modern information technology and has the aid of informationization means to implement cadre evaluation management work, which realizes the cadre assessment data open and sharing, and provides the powerful data support method for organization department leadership decision, and improves the cadre evaluation work efficiency.
