The Design And Implementation Of Zhejiang Electric Power Cadre Evaluation System Based On C/S Mode

With the continuous deepening and developing of the political restructuring,an evaluation system that expresses Scientific outlook on development is being implemented throughout the country which reflects the new deployment of the central cadre assessment,and it means the requirements of Scientific outlook on development will be run through the whole process of cadre assessment.The new mode of cadres evaluation is an important symbol which can promote the progress of the Party cadres,and make it more scientific,more democratic and improve the institutionalized level.With the proceeding and yearly perfecting of the assessment,evaluation index sy stem becomes more and more detailed,the evaluation range is wider and wider,the ev aluation standards are becoming more and more standardized,meanwhile the implem entation workload is getting heavier and heavier.So it is necessary to make the assess ment implementation more perfect and normative,and the test data processing more q uickly and accurately.This paper have thoroughly studied and analyzed the cadre assessment system.Meanwhile,the potential problems are summed up,perfect solutions are put forward,feasibility analysis about the system is done,the overall design principle of the system is introduced.What's more,the architecture and development technology of the cadre assessment system are introduced in detail in this paper.During development,we use J2 EE as tools,My SQL as the database.Further more,the paper particularly introduces the detailed design of the system,including the module function design and the database table structure design.In order to better meet the construction of power grid system and further improve the level of information management,we need to build an efficient cadre assessment system which is easy to operate.The system includes the following modules: systemsettings,curriculum history analysis,project management,democratic evaluation,cadre inspection,assessment summary,comprehensive analysis.The mainly purpose of the system is to improve the investigation of the current leading cadres and the leadership team,to reduce the workload of cadres evaluation and improve work efficiency.
